Initial Assessment  

During your initial assessment we will take the time to get to know you and give you an opportunity to get to know us in order to make sure that embodied therapy is the right choice for you. When you send us a message, we will answer any questions you have and send you an intake form which will take about 20 minutes to fill out. Once we receive the form we will schedule your assessment over zoom, skype or via phone call. The cost of the initial assessment is $35 We look forward to meeting you!
